We pay our carers one of the best rates of pay in the UK, paid fortnightly direct into your bank account, plus a generous mileage rate. With flexible hours to suit your commitments, coupled with holiday pay, paid directly into your bank account every 13 weeks.
All carers undergo a minimum of four days induction training, at Greenway and you are paid for this time as you are any other time you undertake training.
Greenway Homecare's success is by no means accidental. It is through this commitment that we have devised our own training programmes and are constantly reviewing our training requirements.
We encourage and support all our carers to study for NVQ 2 and 3.
All carers are provided with free uniform, aprons and gloves. In addition we provide you with an ID Card and lanyard.
We make no charges for CRB and SOVA checks, unlike most agencies.
